Baseless Loaded

stilton’s place, stilton, political, humor, conservative, cartoons, jokes, hope n’ change, election, fraud, trump, biden, pennsylvania, truck, whistleblowers, barr

Democrats and their evil twins in the media are still laughing off President Trump's legal battle to investigate election fraud, saying that the growing dozens of whistleblower reports, given under oath and legal liability, represent only "baseless allegations." They then say that there's no need to investigate baseless allegations...which is, of course, the only way you can prove the allegations aren't baseless.

But the reports (some backed with video) are compelling. The truck driver in the cartoon above was a contractor for the USPS, and he got a call to drive a truckload of mail-in ballots (anywhere between 144,000 and 288,000) from New York to Pennsylvania. Which is weird. He also noted that the thousands of ballots already had hand-written return addresses on them, which is also weird for Pennsylvania ballots that are, for some reason, coming from New York. After arriving at the USPS facility (and being kept waiting in his truck for six hours) an official told him to break with normal protocol and drive the truck to another town and park the trailer. He did so...and the next day the trailer and all its contents were gone.

Most media outlets are gleefully, and falsely, reporting that Attorney General Robert Barr has said there was no election fraud. What he actually said was, "to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election."

Which suggests that the Justice Department has found fraud, of a lesser scale, and that they're still investigating. And as more whistleblowers come forward, they'll have more specifics to investigate.

Many of the media's talking heads are arguing that there's no point in pursuing any of this if it wouldn't change the outcome of the election. Which, if we had more time to compose our thoughts and were 100% sober, we'd try to describe as something other than complete bullshit. But that's what it is.

The importance of having trust in our election system can't be overstated and the penalties for committing election fraud must be severe. Our nation is not going to move forward if 50% of the electorate believes, with cause, that the election process has been tainted. Politicians who are blind to that fact and are unwilling to aggressively pursue investigations may soon find themselves "baseless."

No matter who gets sworn in on Jan 20, the investigations need to continue, both criminal and civil. Hopefully followed by trials and convictions or whatever it's called in civil court. Lots of jail time and/or crippling fines. Not just for the minions, but for the bosses and their bosses as well.

What's sad is this falling in line with the other "everyone knew" situations. Philadelphia, crooked elections, Chicago, hah, everyone KNOWS the elections there are rigged. Same for Atlanta, etc. Just like everyone KNEW about Weinstein, the pervert news readers, Epstein, Clinton, etc.

When you see how these elections are rigged, you can see how Pelosi, Newsome, Cuomo, DeBlasio, and a plethora of other governors, mayors, congresscritters, city councilmen, and so forth manage to gain and stay in office.

Gotta be court dates and lots of jail time.

I don't know what's worse, the mendacity or the sheer arrogance of these alleged human beings.

For the benefit of those of us who have not taken an enlistment oath or naturalization oath, simply repeat these words out loud:

"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God."

Congratulations. You have just reaffirmed your US citizenship.

If you're not a US citizen, feel free to substitute the oath of allegiance to your country of citizenship. We're not terribly fussy here at Stilton's Place. ^.^

It's probably more Q-anon pipe dream nonsense, but a little birdie told me that President Trump keeps the "impose martial law to save the republic" option in his hip pocket, in case the courts stonewall him too long. Can you imagine the heads that would explode if that really happened?

It would be a beautiful thing! A bit messy, but beautiful nonetheless!

I'm afraid the fix is in and looking at the reports of who will be in this coming administration and what the agenda (as far as can be seen now) it looks as though the worst electoral mistake since the peanut farmer from Plains GA, will get a 3rd bite at the apple, i.e., he'll have a 3rd term in office as a shadow President.

To the Never Trumnpers out there, well, perhaps I best not put into print what I would say.

I'm to the point that I would welcome marshal law and all new elections followed by a whole shitload of impeachments and trials for treason. Followed by trips to Gitmo.

Amen! I'm afraid that is what it will take at this point. The Good Guys won't win this street fight with Marquis of Queensberry rules.

Agreed......Whatever the outcome of this insane election, this obvious fraud must be found out and stopped for the validity of future elections.

And since it seems the worst electoral mistake since the peanut farmer frm Plains, Ga, will have another, shadow term. Lest we forget:

Keep in mind it was Trump himself, by winning the election in 2016, that destroyed our trust in the electoral process. All that Russian hacking and collusion that proved just how easy it was to manipulate the vote. Odd that the Russians didn't manipulate the vote for Trump this time. I wonder who they manipulated the vote for if not Trump.

@Jerryskids- I wonder indeed.

An assault of this magnitude upon the republic after two bogus impeachment attempts and a paid dossier maligning a sitting president is treason, plain and simple. People need to go to jail.

If there is no fraud then why do the dimwits not want an investigation?!? They certainly must be fearful of what will be discovered. God knows there have been gov’t investigations of corruption for lesser causes. The swamp is filling up, again, with more creatures from the dark lagoon.

John the Econ said...

Just another example of the twisted logic the left uses to argue that there is no such thing as "election fraud": Since the votes resulting from the fraud that does happen to to be caught do not count, then that fraud really doesn't have any effect on election outcomes so it doesn't count. Ergo, no election fraud exists!

But the sad reality is that if for a single second Democrats thought that election fraud was hurting their agenda as opposed to helping it, we'd have the most secure election protocols on the planet. As it is, the way we now conduct elections in America wouldn't pass muster in most of the European nations that we are otherwise supposed to be emulating. Even Jimmy Carter would turn his nose up at the legitimacy of our elections if this was 20 years ago in a turd-world country.

As for Trump continuing to contest the election, he's just following Hillary's advice.

An update on my friends and their mystery ballot applications: They found out that their county (itself a hotbed of institutionalized Democrat corruption) had sent these applications out to all current residents who were not currently registered as absentee voters. (My friends prefer to vote in person)

That still doesn't answer why those applications never arrived, and who eventually filled them out.

John the Econ said...

@Dan and others, after 4 years of Trump, relatively little cleanup of the swamp took place. Yes, much was exposed; stuff we never would have seen or known about had Hillary won as expected. And it was worse than even we had assumed. But little cleanup actually happened. After next January, it will all get properly buried again and life in DC will pick up as though 2016 never happened.

In fact, it will likely be worse. Since the personal consequences to most of those directly involved have been minimal to non-existent, they will be emboldened in their modus operandi to make sure that they never have to encounter the discomfort of the Trump mistake ever again.

Edam Wensleydale said...

@John: Then it's past time for some public spirited citizens to make DAMNED SURE those responsible suffer those personal consequences. Emphasis on "suffer".

Here's hoping that truck driver has a really good hiding place with really, really good security. And the missing trailer? Were the New York votes counted in the dead of night in PA, then moved on to Michigan for the same process? The whole thing sticks to high heaven.

@Fred Ciampi,
Is Gitmo big enough? Might need to re-open Alcatraz.

@John the Econ,
Come January 20, I worry about the return to high taxes, burdensome regulations, sky high gas prices, a failing economy, and loss of Constitutional freedoms. Elections forever rigged in Democrat's favor makes all those other things seem minor. If they get away with this crap, there will never be another conservative president.

Now, to go find Mrs. Muenster's bottle of MacAllan....

@Readers- Good comments, all. I'm still fuming over all of this, of course, and the way that rigorously documented instances of wrongdoing are still magically considered "baseless." Like others here, my instinct is that the bad guys will get away with it because they always do. The game is rigged, the system is corrupt, and the swamp is full of muck, mire, and miscreants.

I'm not sure, on a personal level, what to do about this. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think I've previously lived in a country where, to all intents and purposes, elections are entirely meaningless. And I don't like it.

The runoff election in Georgia should be the most carefully watched and documented in history. Anything less and the country is likely lost.

The democrats created this mess with their multitude pre-election lawsuits that were intended to muddy up the election. Sad to watch the dems and media then criticize Trump for pointing out that the election has been muddied. Dems made this mess and an objective media would daily be pointing that out. Heck, an objective media would have probably called the dems out on their shenanigans from the get go and there never would have been a mess, but, alas, orange man bad...

@ Average Joe said...People need to go to jail.

I respectfully disagree. The left has declared "war" against conservative, patriotic, law-abiding, legal Americans and The Constitution of The United States of America.

I believe this is more fitting punishment:

§2381. Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death,

SpectreRider said...

A mere matter of perspective. Is a body removed from a head or is a head removed from a body. In one case headless in the other baseless.

John the Econ said...

@Edam Wensleydale, I'm not big on such threats, because it works both ways. Nobody wins in a war. It's just that some people lose a bit less than someone else.

@Robby is right in that this mess has been in the works for years to create FUD for the deep state to manipulate.

@Colby Muenster, I am as concerned as you are. But there are some things to consider:

Fuel & energy prices spiking after the Democrats take over will not bode well for Democrats. Historically, many people have been okay with voting for Democrats promising all kinds of things when times are good, because they believe that if things turn south it will affect others more than them. But when stuff hits the fan, they'll drop the Democrats like a hot rock, and the smarter Democrats know this. Ronald Reagan was made possible by Jimmy Carter. Donald Trump was made possible by Barack Obama. Gas prices spiking in the latter months of George W Bush's 2nd term no doubt lessened resistance to voting for Obama.

So the Progressive wing talks big about their green ambitions, but the remaining adults in the part won't let it happen, because they know they'll get crushed. And they may end up facing someone even worse than Trump in 2024; Someone who will win by a margin that will be impossible to defeat via election fraud.

And then there is the great not-talked about revelation of the last few years that was demonstrated last month: The Democrats are losing their grip on the demographics that they've owned lock, stock, and barrel for decades. There are millions of people who aspire to be middle class who are now starting to discover that the left is at war with the middle class. The brief Trump era gave many a taste of upward mobility, and they liked it. That combined with the Animal Farm like behavior of the Progressive elite is awakening millions of people to the fact that they're not citizens, but subjects under Progressive leadership. Today's Democrat Party is what I've been calling the Marie Antoinette Party, which will shower crumbs upon the poor while only really rewarding the people they like; the deep state, rent-seeking class, woke billionaires, and college indoctrinated (but not really educated) people who are properly cultured.

It's not over yet.

President Trump WAS winning by that size of margin and the Demo_Rats still rolled out their voter fraud.

Question: if the citizens of this country rise up against the traitors in the Demo_Rat party who have tried to steal the election and destroy the Constitution, is it still to be considered insurrection?

I would like to see our elected representatives pressed for an answer as to what they think domestic enemies actually means.

Further, I'd like to know what they think should be done with domestic enemies to the constitution.

It looks as though more is coming. Between the Dominion systems and software, things are now growing even stickier:

A U.S. voter rights group informed the Department of Justice on Dec. 3 of a link between the Nevada election emails system and a Pakistani company with ties to military and intelligence.

True the Vote requested the Nevada voter file from the secretary of state after the Nov. 3 election. The state responded with a voter file in an email, but the message was copied to Waqas Butt, CEO of Pakistani-based Kavtech Solutions Ltd.

In a letter (pdf) to Assistant Attorney General for National Security John Demers, Catherine Engelbrecht, president of True the Vote, wrote that she was shocked to discover the Pakistani address in the carbon copy field of the email.

“The fact that this company was cc’d on an email containing access to the Nevada voter registration database appears to be evidence of a breach within the Nevada Secretary of State’s email system,” Engelbrecht wrote.

@MAX,

A friend here in CO has asked "I know who I marked my ballot for, but who did I vote for?" The Dominion voting machines have been in use here for a few years--along with only-mail-in-voting--and the head Dominion guy lives in Denver. I think it's perfectly reasonable to ask for whom did I vote when I marked my ballot for President Trump. Oh, how I LOATHE the Demo_Rats!!!!!!!
