Equal Deployment Opportunity

stilton’s place, stilton, political, humor, conservative, cartoons, jokes, hope n’ change, MOAB, mother of all bombs, trump, ISIS, Afghanistan, Obama

A significant number of ISIS fighters became WASWAS fighters yesterday, after finding themselves on the receiving end of the United States' "Mother Of All Bombs" - the 21,000 pound MOAB which is our largest non-nuclear armament. It had never previously been used in combat, because our previous president was better known for deploying "the mother of all jeans" when dressing casually.

The bomb, the destructive power of which can not be described without using a lengthy chain of expletives, took out a tunnel complex in Nangahar province, Afghanistan. Perhaps not coincidentally, this is the same area where a member of our special forces, Staff Sgt Mark De Alencar, was tragically killed in action only days ago.

In other words, this is the very definition of the Trump administration "sending a clear message."

And not just to ISIS. It seems reasonable to think that preposterously gigantic explosions that turn America's enemies into pink mist might also be raising eyebrows in Syria, North Korea, Russia, Iran, and über-liberal parts of California.

By the way, when we heard that the "Mother of All Bombs" had been dropped from an aircraft, we were tempted to make a joke about Hillary Clinton being ejected by United Airlines mid-flight. But we didn't because it was too easy.

Not to mention, too cruel a thing to do to ISIS.

  1. You're being too hard on poor Obama, The Funny Uncle of All Bombs! You're forgetting about that time he dropped a bathtub full of Fruit Loops on the Internet!

  2. The MOAB was used previously against Saddam Hussein.

If I recall correctly the first one was made from a section of a sixteen inch cannon off a battle ship filled with lead and was considered a bunker buster- which it did nicely.
I like the idea of explosives (for anything including birthday cakes- but I digress) being added and used.
I suspect they have been reminded of another meaning of the word "cave"

Liberal are claiming deep inside the cave women and children were in a spelunking day care and Trump targeted them.
Stay tuned to CNN and NBC for the 'alleged' details of what 'might' have happened, 'almost' according to 'anonymous sources'.

  4. Obama drew easily-crossed, wienie lines in the sand; Trump sends a clear, concise message: Don't mess with America

  5. Yes! Welcome back, Lefty Lucy.

  6. Stilton, thanks for your info regarding Staff Sgt. Mark De Alencar. I will post that specific piece of info on Twitter because that's how to reach a significant # of people who may not know the name of our American Hero who has been avenged, Thank God.

  7. I can hear it now... Ed McMahon rolling his voice up to... "HEEEeeerrRRRRRESSS LUCY!"
When we get to liberals, and unfortunately with this cute democrap "heirhead", we have entities that play "Fasten Lucy" with the truth. Stilton, somebody forgot to tell her that bombs from planes fall DOWN, ergo, it "broke" the "glass" FLOOR, (and if it were, according to George Bush, "nucular" [sic], it would have first "broken" and then "created" a glass floor).
As much as her politics are infuriating, it's so good to see our little "cutie".

    Mike aka Proof:
When I see the words "hard on... obama" in a sentence, it doesn't indicate people's treatment of him, but what happens when he sees Reggie Love bend over!

  8. From my understanding, conventional carpet bombing would have been more effective than using the MOAB, but likely not as psycologically damaging.
Also, since the bombing of Assad's airbase could be viewed as helping ISIS, this latest bombing pretty much levels the playing field (literally, as well as figuratively).

  9. What Ray said about women and children in a day care reminded me about Judy Woodruff (of CNN fame) said when we first attacked Afghanistan in 2002 or so. She said "and now our country is bombing old folks' homes and day care centers". (I used to watch CNN many many years ago). I yelled at the TV "hey Judy, a country living in the 6th century has no old folks' homes or day care centers". I try telling that to the liberals that I know but they all have cognitive dissonance.

I wonder if those nice ISIS folks in Afghanistan have migraines about now? Ringing in the ears perhaps?

  10. Clicked the link, and sad to say the video was less than satisfying... I suspect a ground based PoV might have been of higher value...
I'm also amused that it was delivered by C-130, a method not exactly known for precision - then again, w/ a blast radius of nearly 1/4 mi, "close enough" probably *is*...

  12. @Pete (Detroit) Yes the bomb was delivered by C-130; however, the MOAB is GPS directed, so it's very accurate indeed.

  15. I find it refreshing that Trump gives his generals the authority to do what they are supposed to do. All of Obama's defense secretaries complained about how his coterie tried to micromanage the joint chiefs. Bear in mind these were academic types who would never get close to the military (and in fact hated the military) personally trying to run the show.

  16. Ah the lefty's heads are exploding. Dingle Berry is outraged about the offing of his ally's. "If only we would go over there and show some love, perform some fellatio like Obama, we wouldnt have had to use violence." Bwahahaha.

  17. 36 ISIS killed at a cost of how many $ millions? Seems like Vietnam all over again, spending millions to make potholes now from Syria to Afghanistan, and I will promise and bet anyone the "results" will be the same as Vietnam. More American Dead and much More American Debt.
Guaranteed. Even Alexander the Great, Great Britain, and the USSR couldn't Conquer and Control Afghanistan, Good luck with that! And never "Ask Why?"
Empires always look for "Foreign Devils" to divert the Sheeples attention. OMG! Even N.Korea does it!!!!
Meanwhile just ask How much Criminality and Treason from the previous administration has been even addressed, let alone prosecuted???? Even a low level apparatchik like Lois Lerner is free and comfortably retired. And people thinking "Lock Her Up" will Ever happen to Elitists like Hilarity, Loretty, Susan, Valerie, Samantha, Eric, Ben, or Barry/Barak Hussein himself are playing with unicorns in Ben Franklin's lost Republic.

  18. I heard some Libiots whining about dropping this "BMFED" (not "MOAB" but Big Mother F'ing Explosive Device) evaporating those poor 36 "Human Beings". Furthermore, they have been telling us we should try Love not Bombs (Thought I'd traveled in time back to the Sixties & was living in Berkley) if we wanted to rid the world of ISIS. Well, I have found, in my life experiences, that this kind of Kym-By-Yah treatment of enemies did NOT create peace (pieces maybe) but created Martyrs instead.

  21. So far our current president is allowing military experts to make the calls, not the stupid, elite, morons in DC. As someone who lived through the insanity of the 60's/70/s, this is quite refreshing. The medieval mid-easterners only understand power.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Okay, so Trump is leaving the military decisions to military leaders. Good. BUT, if the current military leaders are there only because O cashiered the real warriors to make room for them, then not so good.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Yeah, most of our current military "leaders" are most likely what David Hackworth called "perfumed princes". The real warriors usually get the boot when it's peacetime.

  24. Just a hunch but I really feel that Secretary of Defense "Mad Dog" probably has a bit of insight as to who can and cannot get the job done.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Fred Ciampi, you are correct. While the majority of Brass in the Puzzle Palace are most likely REMF's, it warms the cockles of my heart to know the quality of the guys at the top. And Mad Dog is just the perfect guy to start making Career REMFs start looking for other jobs. In Diego Garcia.
