Street Fighting Ma'am
Joe Biden continues to lead the pack (well, by now it's a herd) of Democrat presidential candidates, and he's just made it abundantly clear what it is that makes him different from all the others: his bloodlust and willingness to implement a "final solution" to handle those on the Right.
Biden's declaration of war was made during an address to the Moral Action Congress of the Poor People's Campaign (no, seriously) following a question about what he would do as president if those darned Republicans obstructed his agenda like they did when Obama had a super-majority. Yes, yes - we know that the Republicans weren't able to obstruct anything, but just try telling that to a Democrat.
At any rate, Battlin' Biden said when it comes to congressional Republican resistance, "there are certain things that take a brass knuckle fight," later snarling "Let's start a real physical revolution if that's what you're talking about!" And he probably would have capped off the remark with a throat-ripping Howard Dean-style berserker scream were it not for the likelihood that the shock might kill a number of geriatrics in the audience. Or at the very least, cause blowouts in their Depends.
It's hard for us to picture exactly what a Joe Biden revolution would look like, but we're pretty sure that hand-to-hand combat would be replaced with "hands-to-inappropriately-personal-areas" combat, and that members of the Biden infantry would stand on the balconies of their mansions shooting shotgun blasts into the air.
It's a terrifying picture, and we can only pray that the Moral Action Congress of the Poor People's Campaign will ignore Biden's calls for violence. And change their ridiculous freaking name.
FROM THE VAULT...
Geez, The Geezer just keeps gettin' stranger and stranger.
ReplyDeleteAnd he's the "frontrunner"??
My wife keeps sayin' that Mike is gonna enter the race. I hope she's wrong!
Mike DooCaCa? “How ya like my tank
ReplyDeleteHat?” Loser from the past?
Well, we can never underestimate the power of large voting groups of people promised all life’s needs provided by the government! The Dems will buy votes, fly ‘em in from Bangladesh & Acapulco plus lie, cheat, steal to beat Trump in 2020! God help the USA!
The Donald is jus' biden his time!
ReplyDeleteThe Democrats are pissed off the had such a poor candidate in hopeless hillary and lost they Can't fathom having to deal with 8 years of the other party's President in power fixing all the things
ReplyDeletebarry screwed up in his 8 years! They may not accept Trump as the duly qualified & ejected President of the USA but we had to deal with that soros puppet obama for 8 years, how about all of you dumb-o-craps shutting up and letting Trump fix what the community organizer screwed up!
BUILD THE WALL TOO!
Hmmm. Kinda think Uncle Joe (as in Uncle Joe Stalin? ) is taking perhaps a campaign page from President Trump, or perhaps giving this side of the ideological divide as taste of some of its medicine?
ReplyDeleteAnd speaking of outlandish, vacuous/plain stupid, by "the most powerful democrat in office ' (AOC) the Wiesenthal Center has called out AOC for her recent "concentration camp" comments.
They're gonna need a bigger clown car. I'm just saying.
ReplyDeleteHow 'bout this for a campaign slogan; "A shotgun in every house and someone to grope in every room". Ahhhhh, the next 17 months are going to be worth watching, listening, and hiding. I'm going to need a whole new batch of moonshine.
ReplyDeleteThe more I read about this nitwit Biden, the more I am astounded by his ignorance personified. Can you imagine his nitwit as a President? That boggles the mind. The baggage this guy has is worldwide and very little has been said about it. Of course this hilarious part is he expected a ringing endorsement from the former President but all he gets is silence. Why O chose him for a vp is a mystery of itself. Well, anyways, the liberals in congress should be concerned that he said he would like a fight with conservatives. They know who would be the first in line at at the mortuary.
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that the people that have never known combat are the ones most anxious for "you and him to fight"??
ReplyDeleteTrust me Plugs; you don't want to light this particular fuse.
Check out the AOC clone that the morons down the street in Denver just elected.
ReplyDeletehttps://legalinsurrection.com/2019/06/new-denver-councilwoman-loves-her-some-communism-i-believe-in-community-ownership-of-land-labor-resources-and-distribution-of-those-resources/
She says "...I believe in community ownership of land, labor, resources, and distribution of those resources."
And "I’m excited to usher it in by any means necessary."
Community ownership of labor sounds a lot like slavery to me, and by any means necessary sounds like Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and others who I presume are her heros.
I guess it's time to reread The Road to Serfdom and double my time at the range.
Put Atlas Shrugged on the reading list too.

ReplyDelete"Yes, yes - we know that the Republicans weren't able to obstruct anything, but just try telling that to a Democrat."
As I recall, the Republicans never really tried to obstruct anything except the Merrick Garland nomination. Even after Barack Hussein caused the loss of a Congressional Demo_Rat majority in 2010, the RINOs let BO get what he wanted.
Even now, BO stinks.
Re: the new Denver commie witch-with-a-capital-B, I see only two types of people who want socialism: those who think they'll get everything they want for free and those who expect to be IN CHARGE. There are in this country, unfortunately, plenty of both.
Nicely done.
ReplyDelete"Bozo" Biden. That sums it up nicely.
ReplyDeleteWith the cast of characters currently on the (D) circus train, it makes me wonder if the (D) leadership has given up, or if liberalism really is a mental illness. All that keeps running though my mind at every utterance of every one of those numb-skulls is "They cannot possibly be serious."
ReplyDelete@igor: Pretty sure your wife was thinking of Barack's husband when she said Mike will run...
ReplyDeleteAs for "they cannot possibly be serious," @Emmentaler Limburger, they are serious. Serious as any disaster you can name, including success in retaking the WHite House and implementing their abysmally silly policies.
I'd be flabbergasted if Gropin' Joe gets the nomination. In fact, he's the only one of the lot I think Trump could beat this time around. Bernie, Pocahontas, Pete Buttplug, hell, even Beto would be much more dangerous.
ReplyDeleteTrump should just give up now and resign. Joe is ahead in the polls by at least 10%, and we know how pinpoint accurate those same polls were in 2016! Seriously, I wonder who they poll and where. Guessing students at UCLA or NYU or such?
ReplyDelete@Emmantaler Limburger,
And therein lies the Democrat's problem. They no longer have leadership, and I think it's a blessing from God!
And with respect to Stilton's Monday post, I've changed my mind and decided that Walter should be the next press secretary. He looks enough like Biden to totally confuse the CNN crowd.
When your enemy is busy shooting him(or her)self in the foot, do not offer to adjust their aim unless it's for center mass.....
ReplyDeleteWell, Joe BiteMe was VP while Stumbles McMyTurn was SOS. Why doesn't he get her endorsement? Never "mind"...
ReplyDeleteAs the dimocrats head down the merry road to serfdom and the murder of the middle class..... I wonder if all of these commies with hairy armpits really believe they will all be members of the ruling class in that pie in the sky paragon of all things equal. Ammo is as reasonably priced as it will ever be. Buy it cheap, stack it deep. And keep up your membership at the range.
ReplyDelete@James Daily, The ostensible reason Obama chose Biden was because he had served on the Foreign Relations Committee and Obama had zero foreign relations experience. I believe the real truth is Joe was a hedge against assassination because who in their right mind wanted old Gropin' Joe as president? They didn't then and they don't now. The polls are irrelevant. Old Joe will not get the nomination.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, remember this: Joe Biden is supposedly the "adult supervision" of the Democratic Party.
ReplyDeleteI could go on about the hypocrisy of the left's complaints about "violent rhetoric", but we've already been through that countless times as well.
Or I could go on about the left's hypocrisy about "demonizing the rich":
Biden Tells Elite Donors He Doesn’t Want to ‘Demonize’ the Rich
"Former Vice President Joe Biden told affluent donors Tuesday that he wanted their support and -- perhaps unlike some other Democratic presidential candidates -- wouldn’t be making them political targets because of their wealth."
Of course not. One of the brilliant "fundamental transformations" of the first Clinton era was the transformation of the Democratic Party from that of FDR's "everyman" into the party of the very rich, and very poor, which would inevitably be at war with the middle class. The very rich would no longer have to be uncomfortable about their wealth as long as they spouted Progressive piety and sent an appropriate tithe the the proper Progressive causes. The poor would get subsidized. The middle class would get left with both the bill and the living with the collateral damage.
No doubt that Joe will have both "public" and "private" positions regarding the wealthy, just as Hillary did last time around.
"A real, physical revolution"
ReplyDeleteSeriously? Has he not seen the meme that reminds us one side has hundreds of millions of guns, TRILLIONS of rounds of ammo, and the other side doesn't know which bathroom to use...??
Granted, not ALL gun owners are conservatives, but those that are have had just about enough...
@igor- I'm not sure whether Biden is getting stranger or we're just hearing from him more often.
ReplyDelete@Big Dick McGraw- You're right, the Dems have never gone wrong promising more free stuff (or tampering with elections).
@Brie Camembert- Well played!
@pilotlance- The Libs react to Trump the way Linda Blair reacted to Holy water in "The Exorcist." And having suffered through the Obama years, I find their pain delectable.
@Fish Out of Water- Joe may be trying to sound like Trump, but it's not going to work. And I was just slack-jawed at AOC's claim that our "facist" President is presiding over concentration camps. She is really "Ripley's Believe It or Not" stupid.
@M. Mitchell Marmel- And if the clown car has no brakes, well, accidents happen...
@Anonymous- An important lesson I learned at my Grammar's knee.
@Fred Ciampi- I like your slogan, but it's going to make for an awfully big bumper sticker.
@james daily- Biden is, to put it delicately, an idiot. He's a Washington barnacle who has never accomplished anything, and never been right in a matter of foreign policy (his alleged area of expertise). I think Barry chose him because Joe was the closest thing to a complete cipher that was available.
@rickn8or- Great point.
@TrickyRicky- It's hard for me to react to that commie with anything other than 4-letter expletives. What the hell is happening to our country?!
@JustaJeepGuy- I don't recall any serious "obstruction" from the GOP during Obama's first term, even though the Left blamed them for Obama getting nothing useful done (other than giving billions to his cronies and fanning the flames of racial division).
ReplyDelete@udaman- You know, "Bozo Biden" has a nice ring to it!
@Emmentaler Limburger- I think a lot of them are serious and blind to their own idiocy. Then there are those like Pelosi who know it's idiocy, but enjoy playing the game.
@Pat Cummings- Sadly, I agree.
@Old Cannonballs- Like you, I can't see Biden really kindling any excitement on the Left, particularly from young voters who've had it drummed into them that old white men are pariahs. I'm more worried about Bernie and Warren teaming up. I think they'd win, and then God help us all.
@Colby Muenster- These days, I have less faith in polls than I do in astrology and fortune cookies.
@Regnas Kcin- I agree, and firmly believe in the Left's right to enjoy self-inflicted wounds.
@ringgo1- I don't think it's physically possible for Hillary to endorse any presidential candidate other than herself. Unless that candidate signs an agreement to pardon Hillary for all crimes if elected.
@Sortahwitte- Great point; none of these young socialist/communist pinheads believe that their place in the new society would be farming potatoes for 12 hours a day, or cleaning septic tanks with a hand pump. They all just picture having their every need met while they write poems or think of new forms of self-victimhood.
@Shelly- I agree that the polls are irrelevant. Currently, I think they reflect name recognition only - as in "there's Joe Biden and a bunch of other people." That doesn't equate to popularity or enthusiasm.
@John the Econ- You're right that Joe isn't about to demonize the rich after the Obama administration did so much for them over the course of 8 years. And you're also right that Joe will surely have conflicting public and private positions on this.
@Tommy Guns- Joe is flirting with talking about civil war, and as you rightly point out, that's not a road he wants to go down. Obama did one helluva lot for gun and ammunition sales, and they weren't being stockpiled by the snowflakes.
@ Stilton: AOC is an artifact of how poorly taught and learned are the lessons of the 20th Century. But that does not excuse for a moment the breathtaking, vacuous statements so easily made by her and others of her ilk/generation. She probably would benefit (maybe) by a visit to what remains of a real concentration camp.
ReplyDeleteBut AOC is not the first truly deplorable MoC from NYC. For those old enough to remember, there was Bella Abzug, loud-mouthed and lionized by the media back then, partly I believe now because of her freak show value. But she was also a monster. A college friend from long ago, interned at the congressional office of a Congressman who had the 'luck' to have his Capital Hill office across the hall from hers. My friend told me Abzug's staffers would regularly come into the office to have a good cry after being verbally abused by Abzug.
Who knew it would happen so fast? That "Never Again" would devolve into little more that a trope for hopelessly ignorant Progressives to use to justify their own agenda. I've long wondered how long it would be after living memory of the Holocaust was gone that not only would the horrors be dismissed, but those representing the kind of ideology that made it all possible would again be marching along the same path using the Holocaust itself as justification for it all.
ReplyDeleteThe Holocaust happened over a decade before I was born, but I've had the pleasure to meet not only many of our fighting men in Europe who liberated and witnessed the camps, but those who actually survived them. Personally hearing those who would describe the experience causes one to shiver deep down.
Now that those who experienced it first hand are mostly gone, the left is free to exploit it freely, if not ignorantly.
So yeah, AOC. The migrant detention centers (which existed under Obama, BTW) are just like the Nazi concentration camps. Just like, except for the:
Beatings
Rape
Forced labor
Starvation
Sadistic medical experimentation
Hair shaving
ID tattoos
Seizure of all personal belongings
Removal of gold dental fillings
Lack of medical care
Forced marches
Firing squads
Gas chambers
Crematoria
Not to mention that unlike those forced into actual concentration camps, those in these immigration centers arrived at our borders voluntarily, and claiming that the reason they are at them is because they're fleeing conditions that are even worse.
AOC claims to represent something called "Democratic Socialism". What gets me is absolutely nobody thinks that hard about the term "democratic socialism". "Democratic" is just the polite word for "mob rule". Socialism is about "making things fair" by taking from politically unpopular people and giving to the politically favored.
So basically, "democratic socialism" means the mob forcibly taking from some unpopular people to give to others more popular. Or worse, a greedy mob stealing to take for themselves.
Not as warm and fuzzy when you think of it that way.
It's also salient to remember that Hitler, a "national socialist", was also elected "democratically". If there's any relevant difference between "national socialism" and "democratic socialism", it's not going to be the concentration camps.
@Fish Out of Water,
ReplyDeleteSo, NYC gave to the US Congress Bella Abzug and Adam Clayton Powell and now The Queen Twisty Pretzel, AOC. Call her All Out Crazy, Alexandria Occasional Cortex, that ABC lady, or Alexandria Oh Say Can You See, all I can say is, how do we kick NYC out of the country?
Oh, John the Econ at 7:28, you just absolutely nailed it. Thank you for putting down in words exactly what I've been thinking!
