War in Israel

 Don't look away...

This is what's happening in Israel...

Note: this is the actual scene, but I joined it together imperfectly from two vertical video shots.

It started on a Holy Day in Israel. 5,000 incoming missiles, assaults from land, sea, and air, over 600 killed, and over 2,000 wounded. Palestinians have taken Israeli hostages (and non-Israelis who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time), some of whom have already been raped, killed, and paraded through the streets for the delight of cheering throngs of savages.

I lack the insights and language to describe either the history or the horror that is taking place before our eyes, but it takes no special perspective to recognize pure evil when it presents itself. There is no difficult choice about which side is right and which is wrong.

A very good friend of mine in Israel is in the heart of this nightmare. I fear for his life and the lives of his family and friends. Indeed, for all of the people of Israel. He shared this post from a friend on Facebook and it's important to read...

"Biden gave Iran access to frozen money, most recently $6 billion that had been frozen in South Korean banks. Since the administration came into office, it has been pouring money into Gaza aid projects knowing well that Iran’s client terrorist group, Hamas, is fully in control of the territory and would benefit from the help. In fact, Biden officials put in writingin recently leaked documents, that they knew Hamas would benefit from the money they were sending. They sent it anyway."
---
"As the day of horror ends in the United States and a new day dawns in Israel, the lasting images of the day need to be assimilated. Yes, this was a shocking terrorist attack on a scale which justifies the 9-11 analogy, but with the added aspect of deliberate, individual cruelty on the part of the Hamas animals against Israeli civilians:
"-- The Israeli children -- aged 5, 6, 7 -- kidnapped into Gaza and tortured on video.
"-- The Israeli women raped, kidnapped, and paraded before jeering mobs in Gaza.
"-- The German tourist murdered at a music festival whose stripped body was paraded before jeering mobs in Gaza (in the mistaken belief that she was Jew).
"-- The elderly woman, clearly senile, dragged away uncomprehendingly by vicious animals.
"-- The teenager grabbed from the same music festival, screaming in terror, as her boyfriend is grabbed by terrorists helpless to assist.
"-- The family with a small girl and boy -- a third, older sister having just been murdered -- filmed as terrorists taunt them while the children weep in horror.
"-- The Hamas drone footage of the deliberate and targeted destruction of an ambulance.
"And on and on.
"The usual clowns will look for openings to condemn Israel for a "lack of proportionality" in its response. NO -- after a horror like this, the response MUST be disproportionate. It must be so severe and decisive that it is understood loudly and clearly that this will never again be tolerated.
"It will be a hard week to come, maybe longer. But one thing will be clear: We will know at the end who our friends are and who are not. And that will also be remembered."
- From a friend who prefers to remain anonymous.

As my friend accurately pointed out, more than "thoughts and prayers" are needed from all of us (although they, too, should be included in your support). Rather, we need to be in touch with our legislative representatives to demand appropriate actions to bring this violence to a halt - and hopefully make it impossible to happen again. In my opinion, any American response that the world doesn't scream is "too much" is not enough.

Here's a good place to begin: Mercury One, which is a totally legit charitable/humanitarian organization, is collecting money for medical supplies - because Israel's stockpile, intended to last for years, was used up in a single day. You can make a donation at this link, and I hope you will

  1. Sad to see the number of Hamas cheerleaders in the West, (in the United States!) drumming up support for the ruthless Hamas invaders.

  2. Between the six billion dollars Biden used to have Iran arm Hamas, the billions of dollars of military equipment he donated to the Afghani terrorists, and the likelihood that the Biden admin / CIA gave intel to Iran, means that the blood of the Israeli innocents cries out to heaven for justice. I say, NUKE Gaza, nuke Hamas, nuke Iran and leave not one blade of grass standing. And may the Almighty remember his promise to curse those ( Biden, his entire admin, et al ) who curse Israel.

  6. Born, bred, and raised in Miami, I consider myself Jew by osmosis. The sheer horror of events has haunted me all weekend. I disagree that this is Israel’s 9/11; it’s their Pearl Harbor.

By sending trillions to these animals, WE did this and it must end! Israel has always been our biggest ally in the Middle East but I fear we are no longer their’s. Forgive us, God, we have been distracted by evil masquerading as self-interest. This evil must be defeated.

I’m certain God is a little pissed-off right now at those who seek to destroy His chosen people; we know who those evil ones are and they must perish for their actions.

    THIS is the appropriate response.

  8. This quote, "Biden gave Iran access to frozen money, most recently $6 billion that had been frozen in South Korean banks." also points the finger of blame to powers right here in the good ol' USA.

The photos IMO are exactly what the left in THIS country want for any conservative here. They have already put those thoughts in writing.

Does that make what is happening there any less serious? NO! But when are we going to wake up and look at the writing on the wall and take care of business HERE too???

  10. Israel needs to take back the Gaza Strip and make it a parking lot. Not in that order. Ignore those calling for a truce or a cease-fire or "proportionality" in Israel's response, it's time and past time to recognize this isn't just a war against Israel by the "Palestinians", it's a war against civilization by Islam.

  11. Sunday morning I woke up to the horror of Hamas unleashed. Oddly, I had grabbed a white T shirt the day before to wear, and I belatedly noticed it was a gifted T that reproduced the newspaper announcement of the League of Nation's granting of a charter to form a Jewish State. It also mentions how THE SAME DAY 5 Arab countries attacked the poorly armed and underpopulated State of Israel.
Now, I am sitting here after a very long night...worried sick for my beautiful just turned 18 niece who went to her Mother's home country to spend a year in a work program in Tel Aviv.
If anyone wants to say a prayer for her safety, this is the time. It would be appreciated.
And if you happen to find yourself holding a rock in your hand, please bounce it off the head of any pro-Hamas demonstrators you come across. Just sayin'...
Pray for the Peace of Israel.

  13. More evidence that Obozo's hand is inside the Brandon sock puppet. Barry hates Israel, after all he is a "former muslim", his disdain for Israel was displayed numerous times during his official tenure.

Brandon was a moron 40 years ago. Now he's a moron with dementia. He was dangerous enough as a senator, a puppet of MBNA and other corporate citizens of Delaware. Now the truly evil hands are directing him.

  14. After watching Meet The Press, and listening to Secretary of State Blinken categorically deny that Iran could use any of the $6 billon released to them, the world needs to see the documents you mentioned. And Secretary of State is wrong in his assumption that the money can be used only for humanitarian needs. He needs to take a basic bookkeeping class. Just move the money from one account to another.

  15. The best places to donate to make a difference right now ar:
to donate towards medical needs: israelrescue.org (this is Hatzalah - and they are incredible - the volunteer paramedics, etc., on the ground within 90 seconds to respond to any emergency, especially ones like this)

also to donate towards supplies: giveback.co.il

both of these groups are on the front lines of this situatation right now

  16. Over the years, we have seen Israel give in to the wishes of the United Nations and the United States to restrict their military responses to attack after attack by their Arab Nazi neighbors. Each time Israel showed restraint, it was only met with yet another attack from their neighbors. Seventy-five years of restraint and appeasement have only brought Israel yet another terrorist attack and more dead innocents.

I wish it were possible for the United States to lend the Israeli Air Force the use of about a dozen B-52s with full loads of cruise missiles. Short of that, we should open up our stores and give them whatever weapons they need to finally end this evil.

And I would say to all those who call for restraint on the part of the Israelis, maybe after all the times when restraint didn't work, maybe it's time you all sit down and shut the eff up. Your input was never useful and certainly is not wanted now.

  17. Just a simple follow up...yet I haven't felt like this in a long time.
My niece sent her Mom a video, showing her SAFE in Tel Aviv and singing a song, strumming a guitar.
The videos posted elsewhere don't convey the horror of the Israelis forced to watch their loved ones tortured and killed in front of them...somehow, the Holocaust comes to mind.
I grew up with friends whose parents had the blue tattoos on their arms; what has changed? Not much; so many people following religions purporting to love while they murder innocents and the helpless.
I want to see Joe up against a wall, but that is just another "if wishes were horses" scenario.

  24. The wef and the rest of their socialist puppets are playing a long game, measured in decades not days, the goal is a one-nation world that they control and one of the fastest ways to do that is to use expendable tools. The entire 'migrant' charade is just a method of getting huge numbers of military aged young men (and very few women) in place to act on cue later on. This may or may not be the cue, we'll have to see if the demonstrations in the streets lauding hamas turn into physical support and attacks against anyone who says otherwise, but I'd be prepared for a sudden, ruthless and completely unexpected heavily armed 'uprising' against European and North American cities and towns who invited the hordes currently present in them. There's been enough evidence of caches of weapons, like the shipping containers discovered a few years ago in Germany, that's been quietly buried by the media to make one quite nervous and it's not paranoia if they really are out to get you.

  29. While the "they're all Viet Cong" attitude is understandable, the longterm optics aren't the best in the whole wide world. Best to let anyone wishing to leave before flattening Gaza, the West Bank and Hezbollah territory do so peacefully...with the understanding that they will be forbidden from returning.

How quickly can the mothballed B-52s in Arizona be reactivated? And the reserve crews?

Also, time to pick up the pace, assassination-squad-wise, I think. Why involve innocent civilians when well-placed marksmen can decapitate the leadership?

    ReplyDelete
  30. The horror and savagery of Hamas is beyond comprehension. These savages are inhuman and I pray that God avenges the assault on his people in the wort most painful way possible. I hope all of Hamas die the most horrible deaths possible and relive that death over and over for all eternity. I only hope America retaliates with a force never before seen. (though I have little faith that Biden or Blinken will do little more than lip service and token gestures.) God bless those who perished or were taken hostage. Every American should stand with the Israelis.

Right now abbas is whining to the un that they have to send in a force to stop the 'Israeli aggression' as international law requires...the sad part is that the un president immediately called fora minute of silence for the palestinian martyrs and 'others killed elsewhere'...he couldn't even bring himself to say Israel...with so many un functionaries and their family members raking in billions upon billions of dollars from the 'palestinian aid' schemes and no money to be stolen from 'Israeli aid', there's no incentive for them to do anything else in order to keep their graft going.

  37. Once again, the "religion of peace" does it's thing with reliable help from Democrats. Countless billions of dollars sent to Gaza to fix the sewers instead spent on rockets. Priorities, after all.

I wonder how much of that stuff we left in Afghanistan was involved.

So will Jews still be voting for Democrats next year?

Music festivals for peace. Guitars, not guns? How did that work out? A whole lot of unfortunate realty erased the fantasy. I gave away my guitar decades ago, and I feel like I should be shopping this weekend for something more practical in this environment.

Predictably, the usual suspects are admonishing Israel to restrain themselves to a "proportionate" response, and calling for a cease-fire. Because Israelis are just expected to endlessly endure this sort of nonsense and not put an end to it.

I expect that Israel will ignore those admonishments, and I hope that we don't get in the way. The inhabitants of Gaza voted for Hamas (which couldn't care less about their well-being) and will have to endure the consequences. Elections have consequences.

  38. I ponder just how long it will be before blood will be glowing in our streets. Already pro-Israeli and pro Palestinian mobs have violently clashed. IMO it will not be long before one side or the other resorts to bloodshed. When that happens the roller coaster will have reached first drop and we will not be able to stop what happens until the end of the ride.

Sad to say, Jewish folks in the USA will still vote for Democrats. I honestly do not understand that. The Dims have proven over and over and over that they do not support Israel. Especially pieces of excrement like Tlaib, Omar and AOC.

  45. Meanwhile on American college campuses where the worst thing that is likely to happen to someone is a "microagression, students and organizations are cheering on Hamas. Purple-haired, omni-gendered individuals who wouldn't survive walking a single block in Gaza loudly proclaim their support for the massacre. Yesterday I learned that support for Israel is, in fact, just another form of white supremacy! Imagine that!

Because the Nazis were well known Zionists, apparently. Who knew?

Again, this is on college campuses. You know, where the smart people go to be smarter, and to lord their smartness over us ignorant deplorables.

I'll sum up with a quote from one of the few people worth following on the platform formerly known as Twitter, David Burge: A lot of universities probably spend too much money on football, but I think that Harvard should spend more money on football and less on pro-Holocaust glee clubs.

Turns out that "cancel culture" works both ways.

  48. @Readers- I can't quite keep up with the comments just now owing to a negative reaction to my flu vaccine. But I will say if the names of Harvard Hamas supporters can't be made public, the safest moral choice is to hire no one with a Harvard degree. As far as BLM, I wish they'd visit the Gaza strip to show their support while simultaneously making it a more target-rich environment.

  50. From the opening words of General Patton's speech:

"Men, all this stuff you hear about America not wanting to fight, wanting to stay out of the war, is a lot of horse dung. Americans love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of battle. When you were kids, you all admired the champion marble shooter, the fastest runner, the big-league ball players and the toughest boxers. Americans love a winner and will not tolerate a loser. Americans play to win all the time. I wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man you lost, and laughed. That's why Americans have never lost and will never lose a war. Because very thought of losing is hateful to America. Battle is the most significant competition in which a man can indulge. It brings out all that is best and it removes all that is base."

Sadly IMO that is no longer true for this country led by incompetents and anti-American leftists supported by their complicit media!

Growing up my father taught me that the ONLY way to fight is TO WIN. I believe if the U.S. gets involved in this war they will be in another "pulled-punches" fight. Money and lives will be lost with zero payback.
